Mary Etta Heemer

Mary Etta Heemer 85 passed away in Temple Texas on March 23, 2022. Mary Etta was a native Houstonian and was born on January 19, 1937 to Mary Ruth and Marcelle John Moore. She was a graduate of St. Agnes Academy. Mary Etta met, fell in love with and married R.D."Bob" Heemer Sr., and together they had 5 children - R.D."Bobby" Heemer Jr., Elizabeth Cheyney, Jennifer Raimer, Donna Heilman, and John M. Heemer.

A hard working and passionate person blessed with God given strength who demonstrated endless support and love for her family. The rare kind who soldiered on gracefully, even when times were tough, with an enduring faith that never wavered.

Mary Etta is survived by daughters Elizabeth, Jennifer, daughter and son-in-law Donna and Steven, son and daughter-in-law John and Michelle, 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Mary Etta was preceded by her dear husband Bob, grand daughter Natalie Heemer, and son Bobby.

Funeral Services at 12 Noon Monday April 11, 2022, Forest Park Lawndale Family Chapel with Pastor Joe Arms of Believers Fellowship officiating. The Heemer Family invite you to join them for the Memorial Service and to celebrate the lives of Mary Etta and her son Bobby 11:30 - 1:00 P.M. Monday at the Chapel.
