He was born on June 12,1945 in Rosenberg TX.
He is preceded in death by his father Marcelino Garza and brother Johnny.
Survived by his loving family which includes his wife of 30 years, Yolanda R. Garza, Sons: Terry Garza (Melissa) and David Garza, Stepsons: Thomas Ramirez and Ronald Ramirez (Laura). Grandchildren: Aleyna Garza, Kenneth, Brandon (Heather), Ronald Jr. (Robin) Ramirez, Allison Washington (Antoinne). Great Grandchildren: Bentley Ryan, Raelee Ramirez, A.J. and Arian Washington. Sgt. Garza proudly served Jacinto City Police Department. Retiring from San Jacinto College Police Department. He was one of the founders of "Los Amigo Trail Riders". He lived a blessed, fulfilled life. His heart and soul will forever be with us.

Memorial Service will be held at Cathedral Of Praise located at 11303 C.E. King Parkway, Houston, Texas 77044 on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 1:00 pm.
