Maria Paz Perez, age 73, passed away February 27, 2017. Born in Mexico, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who loved her birds and beautiful flowers. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Jesus Chavez Perez; children, Maria Trejo and husband Emilio, Aucencio Perez and wife Gabina, Maria Lourdes Trejo and husband Ramon, Severiano Perez and wife Sandra, Jesse Perez and wife Brisa, Joe Perez and wife Michelle, Yolanda Perez and husband Marcelo Garcia, Gloria Perez, Ruben Perez, Christine Perez and husband Dale Nickles, Lidia Perez, Juan Perez, and Luis Perez; 29 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 7 siblings; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 2, 2017, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m., at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, Texas 77060. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 3, 2017 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 501 Tidwell Rd., Houston, Texas 77022. Rite of Committal will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
