Margaret A. "Peggy" Williamson

Margaret A. Williamson "Peggy", age 94 of Houston, Texas passed away August 24, 2020. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on September 25, 1925 daughter of Walter and Georgia Williamson. Peggy had a career in Underwriting for Prudential Insurance Company.

She was a member of St. Andrew Episcopal Church the Heights and has a passion for working in her yard, volunteering at the All Saints Food Pantry for 20 years until she was 90 years old, Heights Hospital and the SPCA of Houston animal shelter and love for her many cats.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Georgia Williamson; brothers, Warren Williamson, sister-in-law, Alice Williamson and Charles Smith; and sisters, Mary Louise Hartpence and Catherine W. Dobecka, brother-in-law, Edwin J. Dobecka and nephew Raymond Dobecka, Sr.

She is survived by Georgian and Ronnie Kastner, Sr., Bonnie and David Howard, Ed and Sabrina Dobecka, Tommy and Dorothy Williamson, great nieces and nephews; Raymond, Crystal, Vicky, Ronnie, Rhonda, Emily, Preston, Blake, Brody and Angela and eighteen great great nieces and nephews.

Peggy was born to Catherine and Aubrey Holderman in Philadelphia, PA at a very young age, she and her sister Catherine were adopted by Georgia and Walter Williamson.

A private memorial service will be held in the Chapel, of Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home
