Mabel Leona Diehl of Houston, TX, passed away on January 9, 2014. She was born on September 5, 1920 in Wills Point, TX to George and Mattie Lindsay Lewellyn.
Friends are invited to visit with the family from 4pm to 6pm on Sunday, January 12, 2014 in the chapel of Brookside Funeral Home Champions. A funeral service will be held at 10am on Monday, January 13, 2014 at Christ Church Baptist Fellowship, 12501 Champion Forest Drive, Houston, TX 77066, with the Rev. Johnny Pope officiating. A graveside service and committal will immediately follow in the Historic Hollywood Cemetery, 3506 North Main Street, Houston, TX.
