Lisa Danine Gordon

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the sudden passing of Lisa Danine Gordon, on December 29, 2020 at the age of 52. Lisa was born to parents Herbert and Justine Gordon, on August 20, 1968 in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Lisa will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Courtney Gordon; father, Herbert Gordon; brothers Marcus and Chad Gordon and his wife, Sheetal and their children Anjalee and Carter; as well as numerous relatives and friends.

She was predeceased by her loving mother, Justine Gordon; grandparents Allen Gordon Sr., Eleanor Gordon, Mack and Clemmie Auzenne, and step-grandmother Ruby Gordon.

Lisa’s interests included spending time with family and friends, watching football, and shopping. She was a devoted Catholic and an active member of the St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. Her cheerful attitude and bright infectious smile will be missed by her colleagues at Kindred Healthcare where she worked in the medical industry.

Lisa was a wonderful daughter and an amazingly caring mother, aunt, sister, and friend. She brought soup to her family and friends when they were sick, bought small gifts for her niece and nephew just because, and was kind to all. She lived an extraordinary selfless life surrounded by people who adored her. Her vivacious and giving spirit will be missed by many. Even though she was taken from this World too soon, her loving and caring heart left a beacon of light for all in the community.
