Linda Gayle Nordstrom

Linda was born on August 24, 1952 to Mary Ernestine Jones and Albert Allen Walles in Beaumont, Texas.

In 1971, she married the love of her life in Beaumont, Texas and went on to have two children, James Roy Kahlig and Belinda Gayle Nordstrom.

She was predeceased by brother Hilton Allen Walles and sisters Barbara Ann Greathouse and Bobbie Jean Walles. She is survived by husband Michael Wayne Nordstrom, daughter Belinda Gayle Nordstrom, son James Roy Kahlig, and daughter in law Michelle Denise Kahlig. Grandchildren, James Dylan Kahlig, Meagan Janeece Hammitt, husband Tyler Justin Hammitt, Rylan Russell Kahlig, and Brayden Allen Nordstrom. Great grandchildren, Reid-Joseph Michael Kahlig, and Avery Allena Hammitt. Along with many other relatives and friends.

Linda loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for her friends and family, being the life of the party, dancing to country music, and watching the Texans play, no matter the odds. She was well known for being the person to offer her home to those in need, and was easily the most selfless woman to walk this Earth. She instilled hope and love into those around her in even the darkest of times, and supported those both near and far.
