Lillian Jean Holt, 80, of Houston, TX, passed away May12, 2017. She was born in Conroe, TX on September 27, 1936 to J.D. Holt, Jr. and Ottalie Fultz Holt. Jean was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Remus Lee Holt. Jean graduated from high school in Houston, TX in 1955 and attended Houston Baptist Community College later in life. She worked for Prudential Insurance Company after high school for 30+ years, followed by a second career with the Bradshaw Landscaping Company. During her retirement, Jean enjoyed being a member of the Bluebonnet Babes Doll Club and the YMCA Silver Sneakers Club. She had a passion for reading, visiting the museums in downtown Houston, and she especially enjoyed visiting the Houston Zoo.
There will be a visitation at 1:00 pm and a graveside service at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home and Cemetery located at 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077.
