Lee Ethel was a proud Booker T. Washington graduate, and attended Texas Southern University in Houston, TX, where she pursued a degree in Business. She later met and married Joseph Davis of Jacksonville, FL., and through that union, 4 children were born.
Lee made her public profession of faith and accepted Christ on October 27, 1970, and faithfully served God with all her heart. She was always prepared with a book or pamphlet, full of lifechanging and encouraging words.
Lee was preceded in death by her father, Johnnie Douglas Gentry Sr., mother, Luretta Curry Gentry, sister, Dorothy Mae Gentry, son, Richard Douglas Davis, and stepson George Theragood.
