Lawrence Wells was born on August 12, 1937, to Mollie Wells. He attended public school in Bryan, Texas. He entered the military and received an honorable discharge in April 1962. He slipped away to a peaceful rest on August 14, 2023.
He leaves to cherish precious memories, his wife of 62 years Doris Wells; and one son, Lawrence Anthony Wells (Kathy); three precious granddaughters, Lauren Cross (Gregory), Meagan Edwards (Clyde), Kristen Milton (Dominic); four great-granddaughters, Parker Edwards, Gia Gross, Brooklyn Cross, Kali Milton; and one great-grandson, Cole Edwards.
He also leaves four sisters, two brothers, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin and friends
A visitation for Lawrence will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Paradise Funeral Home, Inc, 10401 West Montgomery, Houston, TX 77088, followed by a funeral service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
