Lauren Elizabeth Gunderson

Lauren Elizabeth Gunderson was born on August 14, 1979 and went to be with the Lord on August 1, 2013 at the age of 33 years old. She was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend to so many. Lauren is survived by her husband Tim. Her 4 children, Sutton, Kaevyn, Kamdyn and Traesyn. Her parents, Lonnie and Paula Bernhardt, Diane and Larry Browning, and in-laws Allen and Becky Permenter. Her 3 sisters, Lisa, Kimberly, and Traci. Her 2 brothers, Tyler and Trevor. 8 nephews, 2 nieces, and many, many additional loved ones. She was always full of love and laughter. There was never a dull moment when Lauren was around. You could always count on her for a prayer, a poem which she loved to write, a shoulder to lean on, a good laugh, or just a beautiful smile. She loved to be with her children, family, and her friends more than anything. She is now present with the Lord and is watching over us. She is missed so very much. She will be loved forever and will never be forgotten. Lauren's legacy will no doubt live on in her four beautiful children as well as in the hearts and minds of us all.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 7, 2013, from 8:30 am until 9:45 am at Kingsland Baptist Church, 20555 Kingsland Blvd, Katy, Texas 77450, followed by a Celebration of Lauren's Life at 10:00 am at Kingsland Baptist Church, 20555 Kingsland Blvd, Katy, Texas 77450. Burial will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77079.

In lieu of flowers, The "Gunderson Family Memorial Family Fund" has been set up and is now active. This fund is set up so that 100% of everyone's donations will go directly the Gunderson Family. The fund has been set up through the Shared Credit Union System, which allows for countless banks all over the country where anyone can go to donate. There are two options in which you may contribute which are as follows:

Option #1: Go to www.cuservicecenter.com and you will go directly to the locator page in order to find a branch near you. When you enter your address, it will show you the closest banks that you can go to in order to donate.

Option #2. You can mail a donation to the following address and it will be directly deposited into the fund.
