Kim "Chun Cha" Taylor, peacefully passed away on December 13, 2023, at the age of 88, in Cypress, Texas. Born on December 4, 1935, in South Korea, Kim lived a life filled with love, faith, and devotion.
Kim was a woman of great character and integrity, embodying the timeless values of humility, kindness, and respect. Her culinary skills were renowned, and her delicious meals were a reflection of her generous spirit and love for her family and friends. Gardening was her sanctuary, where she found solace and peace in tending to nature's beauty.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, David Taylor and his wife Donna, her daughter, Sandra Potter and her husband Mike, her daughter-in-law, Tammy Taylor and her beloved grandchildren, Michael John Potter, Kristen Taylor, Lauren Potter, Alicia Taylor, Natalie Taylor, and Matthew Taylor. Kim was also blessed with a great-grandson, Leo Potter. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, William Taylor, and her son, Edward Taylor, in the eternal embrace of heaven.
Kim Taylor's legacy of love, faith, and devotion will forever remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know her. Her gentle presence and unwavering values serve as an inspiration to us all. May her soul find eternal rest, and may her memory be a blessing to us all.
A visitation for Kim will be held Tuesday, January 2, 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, January 2, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038. A committal service will occur Tuesday, January 2, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038.
