Kathy was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, wife and friend. She worked tirelessly to provide for her 3 children over the years. If a friend was in need she was right there to help them. She was the Director of the Little York location of the Toddler House Day Care for many years. She loved and provided a safe environment for so many children and employees, that still fondly remember her today. From there she went to work at Kroger’s main office, where she worked in grocery merchandising. She was a beloved and hardworking employee until her health forced her to take medical retirement in 1988. Even with her health issues she was still a positive and loving person. She was an avid antique doll collector and as her children grew up, her dolls became her babies. Her greatest loves though were her 3 children, 5 grandchildren (plus 3 by marriage) and her 9 great grandchildren.
