Juanita Q. Betancourt

She is survived by children, Armando Losoya and wife Helen, Severiano Losoya and wife, Katharine, Gloria Ray and husband, Dennis, Ricardo Betancourt and wife, Donna Ellie O'Connor and husband, Dennis, Dennis Betancourt and wife, Dawn, Guadalupe Betancourt, Jr. and wife, M. Lupita; brother, William Quiroga and wife, Betty; sister, Maria Almanza; 26 grandchildren and 68 great, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Also surviving are the spouses of Juanita’s children: Honorio Suarez and Adela Kroh. She is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Guadalupe Betancourt, Sr., her parents, Guillermo and Carmen Quiroga,and children Olga Suarez and Rene Losoya.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Brookside Funeral Home-Cypress Creek, 9149 Highway 6 North in Houston, TX. The funeral service will be held at 9:00 am on Thursday, February 25, 2016 in the chapel of Brookside Funeral Home-Cypress Creek.

Interment will follow at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038.
