Juan Alejandro Castillo

After a valiant battle with Leukemia, Juan Alejandro Castillo, age 42, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2023 at Houston Methodist Hospital. Juan was born April 18, 1980 in Houston, TX to Libna Guadalupe Aguirre and Alfonso Gutierrez. He was the youngest of four children.

Juan is survived by his wife, Celia Castillo; children, Ryan, Christian and Sofia; mother, Libna; sisters, Mariela (Jose, brother-in-law), Virginia (Bibiano, brother-in-law) and Rosa; nephews, Juan, Armando, Alfonso, Johnny, Jacob, Julian and Sebastian; and nieces, Crystal, Priscilla, Faith and Carolina. He also leaves behind his beloved pet, Canela.

The visitation for Juan will be held Sunday, April 2, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Pecan Venue of Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079.

A funeral service will occur Monday, April 3, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the Chapel of The Texas Liberty Mausoleum at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home & Cemetery, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079 with the graveside service to follow.
