Born the 4th child of 13, Joseph Curley Guillory was born in Grand Coteau, La. (St. Landry Parish) on May 4 th., 1930 to Alice Plumbar and Ophe Guillory. He was a strong minded individual until his end. A very hard worker, retired from (Robertson Tank Lines -DSI), no nonsense, straight forward, tell it like it is person. He was very well liked and a kind person who would do anything he could for his family.
He is preceded in death by his wife Leona Riggs, Father and Mother, 7 brothers: Leroy, Otis, Carlton, Patrick, Weedy, Lawrence and Ignatious Ophe. 3 sisters: Leona, Leola and Delores, step-son Harold Riggs and Step-son-in-law Melvin Joseph LeDay (bubbie). Brothers-in-law: Andrew, Harold (ben) Horace, Leon Jr., Aloysius, John Mayo, Joseph Elmo (NONO) Carrol James Guidry-Riggs. Sister-in-law: Louetta, Hazel, Cecilia, Lorena & Joyce Ann Guidry-Riggs.
