Joe will always be remembered for having a good sense of humor. When he joked with you it was with the intent of making you feel like an old friend. He enjoyed playing Bingo with his friends, seeing family and friends, and taking walks in the neighborhood. He spent time reading western books, watching movies, loved country music, and did his best to keep up with technology so he could print pictures of his grandkids the old fashioned way. In his eyes, there was nothing better than a hot plate of Huevos Rancheros with a warm pan dulce pastry and a cup of coffee. He took pride in tightly pressed shirts and jeans and was always one to make a funny comment about how great he looked and felt. Joe's faith was strong and dedicated and it gives us comfort knowing that he's in the Lord’s kingdom with all those that preceded him.
