John David Niermeyer

John David Niermeyer passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in his home on March 1, 2011 in Cypress, Texas. Born in Rochester New York on January 25, 1970, John was a 1989 graduate of Cypress Creek High School. He also graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas with a degree in Political Science. A 10-year member of Harvest Bible Church in Cypress, John loved to spend time with friends and family, serve in his church, and play a round of golf from time to time. He is survived by his daughter Kirby, and her mother Leslie Niermeyer His parents Rich and Linda Niermeyer, brothers Tim and spouse Teresa Niermeyer, Thomas and spouse Sarah Niermeyer, and sister Amy and spouse Stephen Amodio. Nephews Blair, Jack and Nathan, nieces Brittany, Megan, Natalie and Sadie. Today John is in the loving arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and although we’ll miss him dearly during our time on earth, we know that we will indeed meet him again in heaven.

The family will receive friends at Brookside-Cypress Creek 9149 Hwy 6 North on Friday March 4, 2011 from 7-9 p.m.

The funeral will be held on Saturday March 5, 2011 at 11:00 am at Harvest Bible Church located at 14954 Mueschke Rd. Cypress, Texas 77433. With reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Mission Fund at Harvest Bible Church.
