Joe was a 1960 graduate of Mary C. Womack High School. He was a self-employed Private Investigator for Patillo Investigations Inc. He was retired from the Army.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie and Reba Patillo.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Brenda of Houston; one sister, Dorothy Daniels; one son, Johnnie Patillo and his wife, all of Longview; three grandchildren, Joseph, Denecia and Danielle Patillo; special aunt, Doris Shandy of Longview; aunt, Annie L. Watkins of California; uncle, Willie G. King of San Antonio; and a host of relatives and friends.
