I just received a message of your passing. I read it but I can't believe it. We went to Beauty School together. I have great pictures of you and I in the San Jac. 4th of July parade. We proudly walked in front of our float . Who would have imagined that you would be gone you lit the room up with your Charisma . I am saddened that I just found out but I know we will meet again my friend . May your family know that for the time I knew you. You never missed a day, you took so much pride in school and of course you were the Teacher's  Pet - but who wouldn't have fallen  in love with you. My Dear Friend Joe Frank, we met in  Jr high. High school, we had our group. You, Robert, Richard, Tonya, Mary Alice, and me. Boy those were the days. Even after not seeing each other for yrs and when we did, it was like we saw each other just yesterday. You will truly be missed and yet always will be in my mind and heart. WORDS can never really express my broken heart in your passing nephew, JOE FRANK i still can remember when you were younger and I was able to be one of your babysitters, oh what fun we had,we had a blast when you would cut up, when our parents would get together a couple of times. you always were a kid at heart and always made me laugh in the things you would come out with. i so loved when you would come to the dance party's cause i knew i had a dancing partner, your famous words to me were come on Tia, "let's go show them how to get down", how i miss the thought more so that i won't have that anymore. tears flow down my cheeks just to know that you suffered, i know your dancing it up in heaven right now with all our love ones, so i will not say bye but till i see you again and dance the floor off with you in GOD'S kingdom. my condolences and heartfelt love to his parents-my bro-Jesse, my sis-Carmen n my niece (his sister) Monica n his bro-Keith, his niece n nephew, Erika n little Josh my prayers go out to you all threw this journey and time of his loss.
