Jesse was born on July 9, 1969 to parents Jesse R. Salinas, Sr. and Maria Perez Salinas in Houston, Texas where he lived for 51 years. He passed away peacefully in his home on May 21, 2021.
Jesse was a Registered Public Surveyor and began his professional career working with his father at the Texas Highway Department in Houston, Texas.
He is survived by his mother Maria Salinas, three older sisters and two daughters.
Funeral arrangements are as follows at the Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home of Houston on Saturday, July 17, 2021; Family will begin to welcome guest for visitation 12:00pm. Memorial service will follow at 2:00pm.
