Jeremy Miguel Butler

JEREMY MIGUEL BUTLER, born August 16, 1974, passed from this life at age 38 on August 4, 2013, after an extended illness. He graduated from Sharpstown High School in 1992. He was a member of the debate team and worked as a part of the stage lighting crew. After graduation he worked for a local insurance company and passed tests to become an agent. His interest in computer and information technology led him to New Horizons Institute where he completed classes and passed tests to be certified as an engineer for Microsoft NT. He has had a successful career as an IT specialist with Zybex and ESX where he demonstrated extraordinary troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Recently he established his own IT company, Mythic IT, Inc. where he worked as CEO until his untimely death. He is survived by his parents, Dr.Thorpe Butler and Lyn Butler; stepmother Dr. Rita Saylors; his brother Oliver Butler; his dear friend Rachel Mauldin; his uncle Ronald Tucker; his aunt Marti Raschke; his uncle and aunt Dan and Martha Butler; his great aunt Gloria Conroy; his cousins including Steve Conroy, Shannon Conroy, Mark Conroy, Justin Conroy, Eric Butler and Andrew Butler.
