He was the type of man who did not like to bother others when he needed something, but he would help others without expecting anything in return. He was a man of his word, and a man you could count on. He was a man from a time, when people rode horses and, got water from wells. He was a man that awoke before the sun, and worked with his hands, to guide the birth of his plants in his fields and guide the birth and rearing of his animals. He was a man, who knew the weather just by looking into the sky. He raised his children to be hard workers and to be good people. He was a simple man, who loved his land, and family. When something would surprise him, one of his simple sayings used to be “Ahora si!”
