On September 24 1967 a baby boy was born to Henry lee Fulton Sr and Wanda ruth Chaney-Fulton. They called him bubba. Henry attended Aldine ISD and graduated from Nimitz High School the year of 1987. Then he started to the workforce an was employed by Krogers while in high school. Then in 2000 then he came on a great opportunity to work for the school district Houston ISD where he worked there for 20 plus years. An at the time of his death he was employee at Wainwright’s Elementary school in HISD.

On Thursday June 25 2020, the lord called him home. He preceded in death by his father, Henry Sr. He leaves to cherish his memories his mother Wanda R. Fulton, sister Sandra T.(Jerry Sr.)Tillis, 2 children Devin D. Fulton, Brenna D. Fulton(Their mother Debbie S) his fiancé Tasha Kilpatrick 1 niece Kimberly Tillis, 3 nephews Jerry Jr(Brenda)Tillis, Kevin Ray(Gabriela)Tillis, Jason Tillis. 4 great nephews Elijah, Jeremiah, Jyrin, Koda aka “truck driver” Tillis. 2 great nieces Brooklyn, Kendall Tillis. 2 uncles Wilbur Chaney, John Berry 5 aunts Della Brown, Alice Malvous, Mary Thompson, Clara Chaney( wife of the late Oscar Chaney Jr.) Dorothy Wade. 1 Play Brother Anthony Eldridge. Special Friends (Play Father) Vernon(Pops)Haynes. These very close friends Frank Broussard, Big Mike, Duck Brown and Tyree. A host of other relatives and friends.
