Helen Aliene (Cookie) Davis, 76, of Humble, Texas passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023. She was born on Thursday, April 11, 1946, in Houston, Texas to Guy Cecil Davis, Sr. and Helen Lee Reynolds Davis Rea, both of whom have preceded her in death.
“Cookie” was also preceded in death by her brother, Guy Davis, Jr., sister, Mary Agnes Sjolander- Moore, grandparents, Thomas M. and Agnes J. Reynolds.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving; nephew, Guy C. Davis, III; nieces, Debra Mollett and husband Daniel, Sherene and Honor; grandnieces, Heather Branson and husband Nickolas, Amanda Davis and fiancé Kenneth Brown, Deidra Sowell, Marsha Sowell Daskas and husband Richard; grandnephew, Leon Sowell and fiancé Dina Castillo; great-grandnieces, Madeline, Emilia, Evelyn, Jocelyn, Alison; great-grandnephews, Zane, Evander; sister-in-Law, Judy Davis; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends.
Visitation for “Cookie” will be held at Brookside Funeral Home on Monday January 16, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral Services for Cookie will be held at Brookside Funeral Home on Tuesday January 17, 2023, at 2:30 pm. Interment for Helen will immediately follow. Officiating will be Pastor Bob Grayson.
