Gerardo Francisco Lugo

Gerardo Francisco Lugo, Age 60 passed away unexpectedly on December 3rd, 2023. His funeral service will be held Monday Dec.11 2023 at 1pm at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, located at 2516 Navigation Blvd Houston, Texas 77023. His Graveside Side service will be held Dec. 12, 2023 from 12pm to 12:30pm at Forest Park Lawndale, located at 6900 Lawndale St, Houston, Texas 77023.

Born on October 29th 1963 in Matamoros, Mexico to his Parents Victor Lugo Rodriguez and Manuela De Jesus Ramos. Gerardo grew up alongside his four siblings before moving to Houston, Texas. In May he celebrated 28 years of marriage with his wife Rosemary. In his free time he enjoyed watching sports and supporting his favorite team the Texans. He also enjoyed listening to music which included artists like Bronco and Joan Sebastian. He loved spending time with his grandchildren when he was home. He would take them on rides In his little red truck when they came over. His greatest happiness was watching his children graduate high school and University and have their careers. He was beloved by everyone from his family and friends to his coworkers who worked with him. He had a very big heart and a very big smile that lit up a room. He will truly be missed by his friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his Mother Manuela and his father Victor Lugo. He is survived by his spouse Rosemary Lugo. His 8 children Denice, Rosemary, Janell, Jose, Christian, Lupita, Karen and Jerry. His 13 grandchildren and his sisters Yolanda and Maria and his Brothers Alejandro and Victor Lugo.

Jose Molina, Jorge Beltan, Alex Lugo, Hunter McClelland, Esthid Beltran, Francisco Taveras, Victor Lugo and Ricky Garza will serve as his Pallbearers.

A visitation for Gerardo will be held Monday, December 11, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 NAVIGATION BLVD, HOUSTON, TX 77003. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, December 12, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
