Gerald Foskett Moeller, 97, passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2014. Mr. Moeller serviced his country in the Army during World War II. He is survived by his daughter, Gisele Gee, sons; Glenn F. Moeller and Gary F. Moller. A memorial gathering will take place Sunday, November 02, 2014, 12pm -2pm at the Heights Funeral Home, Waltrip Room.
