George Edward Williams, 81, of Livingston, TX, passed away on December 13, 2021. He was born on December 31, 1940 in San Antonio, TX, the son of Henry and Hazel Williams.
George is a Navy Veteran. He served on USS Mississinewa AO-144. He went on to work for Southwest Airlines for over 20 years and retired in 2001. He then worked as a State Correctional Officer at the TDJC Polunsky Unit and retired from there in 2015.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Vivian Williams; and great-grandson, Jason Andrews.
Surviving George, is his son, Donald Andrews Sr. and his partner, Margaret Bohannon; daughter-in-law Tanya Andrews; grandsons, Donald Andrews Jr. and his wife Maria Andrews, Robert Andrews and his partner, Leona Naihe; granddaughters, Amy Armenta-Rios and her husband Carlos Armenta-Rios, April Andrews; seven great-grandchildren; fourteen great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
There will be a graveside service on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Ace Community Cemetery in Ace, TX.
