George Louis Krueger

He was born September 16, 1944 to Oscar Krueger and Lucille Lorenz Krueger in Barstow, Texas. George was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend that will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years Elaine Krueger; daughters: Tammy Sorrels and her husband Kendall, Sondra Hajek and her husband Donald and Jessica Krueger; grandchildren: John Martin Jr. and his fiancé Stella, Megan Martin and her fiancé Scott, Zachary Martin and his wife Bella, Justin Hajek and Matthew Hajek; great grandchildren: Baylee Beisert, Marshall Beisert and Lillian Martin; siblings: Oscar Krueger, Jr., Jimmie Krueger, Carolyn Ware, Linda Reynolds, Irene Bodden, Janice Swearingen, and Patty Woods and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. George is preceded by his parents; sisters: Joyce Mullenix and Donna Ford.

Serving as pallbearers: John Martin, Jr., Justin Hajek, Zachary Martin, Matthew Hajek, Scott Zeh and Bobby Krueger with honorary pallbearer Marshall Beisert. The pallbearers will be honoring George by wearing his favorite attire.

The family will receive friends for a visitation Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A funeral service will be held Friday, September 22, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Family Chapel with Reverend Don Kidd officiating at Brookside Funeral Home followed by a burial in Brookside Memorial Park.
