Frederick graduated from Sam Houston High School where he was a standout football star. He then attended Texas Southern University. This diehard 49er's fan also had a love for the outdoors. Raising horses and fishing being two of his favorite hobbies which he participated in weekly, if not daily.
Frederick's work ethic and character could be seen in his oil field profession and his dedication to his life, his friends, and his family. There is nothing he loved more than giving back whenever he could and ensuring everyone he encountered felt his love and left with joy.
Frederick loved to spend time with family in any fashion, always being the life of the party as well as best dressed. He was a calming presence in any room he stepped in.
As the eldest son, Frederick is survived by both of his siblings, James and Pebbles Milam. His memory lives on in his wife, Shantel Hanley, who he married in December of 2003, and their four children; Christopher, Dominique, Ja'Quory, and Sarah. His four grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends will also continue his legacy and cherish moments shared with him. He will be deeply missed by all those he knew and loved.
We love you Freddy! Forever in our Hearts!
