Frank was born in Elkton, Maryland on October 11, 1936. After graduating high school, he served in the Navy. He then attended trade school to become an Aircraft serviceman with Continental Airlines whom he later retired from. His greatest success was being a Father to all of his 5 children.
Franklin is preceded in death by his parents, sister Juanita Goodwin and brother William M. Goff.
He is survived by his loving wife, Elisa Goff; daughters, Juanita Herrera, Gloria Goff, and Yvonne Salazar; sons, Frank M. Goff, Jr and Herbert B. Goff; 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and brother, John P. Goff.
