Frances Foley, passed on October 10, 2013 in Spring, Texas. Frances was a wonderful loving mother and grandmother that loved her family and friends very much. Frances is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Foley, parents, Homer and Lottie Patrick, and her brother John Patrick. Frances is survived by her loving daughter, Sandy Billot (William), grandchildren, Amanda McConnell ( Donald), Joseph Pennington (Emma) and her great-grandchildren Kaitlyn and Michael McConnell, and Taylor Pennington .
A visitation for Frances will be Sunday, October 13, 2013 from 3-5 P.M. at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Services celebrating Frances life will be Monday, October 14, 2013 in the chapel of Memorial Oaks Funeral Home at 2:00 P.M. Frances will be laid to rest at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
