Elizabeth T. Andrews, 85, passed away on August 22, 2013. She was born on March 1, 1928, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Henry and Frank Tooley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, I. Wayne Andrews.
She is survived by her children, Victoria, Phillip and Jennifer Andrews; along with numerous loving friends.
Visitation will begin on Wednesday, August 28, 2013, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77079. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2013, at 12:30 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
