Eleanor Jane Dillard, of Katy, Texas passed away at home on May 29, 2023, after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer. Born on May 13, 1954, in Wichita, Kansas. She was a beloved and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and Aunt to her immense family.
An extraordinary mother who created unforgettable memories and traditions with her children to be passed down to her grandchildren & great-grandchildren sealing her legacy. A doting wife of 26 years to her Mr. King Wonderful. Always there in moment’s notice when there was a need. Always expressing her joy with a majestic smile. She loved to be surrounded by family & friends laughing and having a great time. As a very loving and passionate person you knew you had a forever friend. Always knew the perfect craft to decorate, a gift, or baking for all occasions. Her phenomenal banana bread was everyone’s favorite. It was as perfect as a sealed kiss when we weren’t close.
She is survived by her husband Tommy Dillard; Son, Joseph Nantz; daughter, Andrea Nance and husband, Jason; Brandon Dillard and wife Jacqueline. Loving Grandmother to 8, Rachel, Esperanza, Joseph, Francisco, Nicholas, James, Jacob, Ryleigh, and Benjamin. Adored Great- grandmother to Kathalina and Nikolai. Dear Sister to Frank, Jesse, Tim, Kay, Glenna, Rose, Carla, Mark, Rick, and Tina. Beloved Aunt to numerous nieces and nephews.
Mom, we will miss everything about you, your guidance, your positivity & enlightenment, your beautiful hands. I know you will be guiding each of us, as you watch over from heaven.
A celebration of life is being arranged for the beach that she loved so much as she basked in the sun.
