Wayne graduated from Alamo Heights High School, San Antonio and attended the University of Texas, Austin. He graduated with a bachelor’s and master’s degree.
Wayne began work at Riviana Foods Inc. and was Vice President/Chief Financial Officer before retiring after 40 years with the company.
He is survived by his loving wife of almost 41 years, Susan; 2 children, Kelly (Sean) Lanclos, Kortney (Brad) Branum, and 7 grandchildren, Blake (Paulina) Branum, Madison Lanclos, Katana Branum, Austyn Lanclos, Trey Farmer, Jaxon Lanclos, Aubrie Farmer. He is also survived by sister-in-law, Marlene (Steve) Woodall, brother-in-law, Leighton (Brenda) Stovall, Tommy (Judy) Whitlock, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and older sister.
