Dossie Allen Milam was born on January 16, 1964 to JT & Billie Milam On a snowy day in Conroe, Texas . He was known around the neighborhood as the golden boy with his blonde hair and brown eyes. Everyone knew if Bubba got hurt, everyone was in trouble, because his two big sisters were very protective of their little brother. Seven years later, Bubba became a big brother to Jason, and boy was that a change for him. He was not the baby any more he became the protector to his little brother.
From little league to his high school days Bubba was an All-star football and baseball player in Porter, TX. He was known for his jokes, and was always ready to hear a good one. He was Mr. Casanova with all the ladies. Bubba started working side by side with his daddy JT at their family owned business Milam Gulf.
Bubba felt his best accomplishments was becoming a father to his son, Dossie Wayne and his daughter, Jennifer Okie.
When Bubba's parents passed away, he moved to Shreveport, LA to be close to his sister Linda, and brother Jason.
He continued working in the auto industry at Time-it-Lube and Gateway Tires, where he was highly respected in his field. He was well known with his customers and made many life long friends.
Bubba was over joyed when he became a grandfather to Dillon and Khole. Every time he talked about them it brought a smile to his face. He had many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews who loved him dearly.
Bubba was a wonderful simple man who loved his kids, his family, and our Lord Jesus Christ. He never needed or wanted much, but gave a lot to his family, friends, and his job. There will be a great void in our family.
No words were spoken, no time to say goodbye. You were gone before we knew it, and only God knows why...
We love You Bubba.
