Donald Lee Scott

Donald graduated high school and immediately joined the U.S. Army, holding the title of Sergeant. Following his years of service he became an electrician for Rulon Electric Co. and retired on December 21, 2001. Donald was a member of the Weimar Golf Club.

He enjoyed reading and playing golf during his free time. He was always lending a helping hand to those in need.

Donald is preceded in death by his parents, Mary Jones and Lee Scott; sisters, Marie Henry and Martha Serafini and brother, Bill Serafini.

Left to cherish his memory is his spouse of many years, Carolyn "Cookie" Scott; daughter, Jacquelyn Lewi; sons, Jack E. Lewi and Gary Bartley. He also leaves behind his grandchild, Laura Lewi.

A visitation for Donald will be held Monday, March 14, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A funeral service will occur Monday, March 14, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023. A committal service will occur Monday, March 14, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
