Donny, you were awesome and I miss you so much. As much as I miss you, I am so happy you are with our God, feeling no pain!

Donny and i worked together for twelve years. He was not only my good friend, mentor, and at one time my boss, i thought of Donny as my second brother.

I am honored to have known and worked with Donny. From the day he proudly announced his intention to apply for and secure one of our Service Manager positions, I felt Donny's passion and commitment to his work, fellow employees and customers. Donny was always willing to help no matter the time or day, and his integrity and character were second to none. He will be missed and never forgotten...

The last conversation I had with Donny was a week before he passed. All I can remember of the call was Donny saying “Don’t forget about me babe “I never will forget Donny. I shared an office with him for a while and his knowledge of HVAC blew me away. He was a great and caring man. I know from our talks that he loved Monica very much and was loved and respected by many. He was always there when I needed him and I will forever be changed just by knowing him. You will always have a place in my heart DB…

Sorry I missed you brother. I went by two weeks ago to find out you changed companies. I was looking today to find your number when I called a friend to find out you moved on to a MUCH GREENER PASTURE. I can't help but wished I would have gotten to say goodbye. Those of us that knew Donny are blessed to have met such a character. I loved to listen to his stories and hear his big belly laugh. Donny was a wonderful co-worker and friend, we will all miss him and we will never forget him. Monica, my prayers will be with you and all of your 4-legged childern.

We will all miss that special way Donny had of sharing his point of view.  I have fond memories of Donny and wish all the best for his family.  Our indusry lost another icon, but we will continue on in his memory.  We will miss you DB.

As I sit here and remember all the good times that Donny and I shared over the years, I can't help but to feel sorry for all those that never got a chance to meet this great man. My prayers are with all of Donny's family members and his numerious friends. The HVAC industry has lost a true legand and many have lost a true friend. I will always remember all of the good times that Donny and I have shared over the many years that I have had the pleasure to know him. Godspeed my friend.

My condolences and sadness are with the family and friends of Donny. I am his neighbor who live next door to him for many years. We helped each other at times and watched each other go through life's ups and downs . We had a lot in common as baby boomers and warriors of our generation. I felt comforted knowing Him and Monica were next door in case of emergency. As a matter of fact, they helped keep our electricity on after " Hurricane Ike". Greta still reminds me that we owe Monica and you a dinner for the favor. Let me know when Monica, and also if there is anything we can do. Thanks for the memories partner. I wish I could have been a better neighbor, but I tried the best I knew how, at the time. Leonard and Geneva already miss you. Tell Bryce I said Hi. Will be seeing you soon.

Monica, As you know Donny and I met thru business but as I got to know him we soon developed our business relationship into a great friendship. We had many good times together from our Company Hunting trips to the many rides that we took on our motorcycles thru the National Forest and The Hill Country. My thoughts and prayers are with you thru this difficult time!

Since we were pre-teens Donny and I had quite a few memorable and sometimes hair raising experiences that include swimming in the water towers next to my dad's house, taking on two big bullies from Western Swing dance hall in high school and getting our butts kicked, playing pool, and too many more to remember. The best recent memory of Donny was when we went riding out on our Harley's at some cross road on 71 and deciding on LaGrange, Tx. After deciding on LaGrange and taking off I heard Donny singing "Have Mercy, A Haw Haw Haw Haw". What a memory!

Donny loved to live life and I have great sorrow in his passing although I know he's in a better place. I do believe it's harder for the ones left behind. Donny's in a good place and is free of his physical pains. It makes my heart feel good that he's with all the loved ones in his life that passed before him.

Monica, Donnie once told me that he loved you so much and that he thought you were a wonderful and considerate wife.  He said that he didn't deserve you, but he was so happy to have you in his life!  What a terrific guy! I know you will miss him, but the Lord needed him more.  Love to you.

My beloved Donny. We had 15 wonderful years together. You had my love from the day I met you and you will always have my love where ever you are.  We were soul mates. I am going to miss everything about you, your loving arms around me and your sweet kisses and most of all I am going to miss taking care of you. Your 4 legged children already miss you and see the saddness in my eyes. I know you were hurting and now you are free of the pain that was hurting you. Please walk with  me in spirit along side me without any pain. Run and play with your 4 legged children (Moni the cat, Bullet, and baby Bear) who are heaven with you. Donny has held a special place in my heart for years. All those fun times at the deer lease and at Ihop when you and Monica came down to visit us will always be cherished. The one thing I will miss about Donny is his smile and his laugh. He always made the day better with a simple smile. I will miss you but I know that you aren't suffering any more.

A great man who will be missed. The weekends at the deer camp, sharing family life and talking will be truly missed. Even though life may not turn out the way we want, leaning on friends, having hope and trusting your faith will pull you through . Monica, I send to you my heartfelt prayers at this diffcult time. May God bless you and hold you close.

A special friend. We shared many weekends hunting together, a few great fishing trips and sunday afternoons watching nascar. What a really wonderful person to call friend. Wish we could have spent more time together. Love you man, you will be missed.
