David was a veteran of the Untied States Navy. He enlisted in 1962 and faithfully served his country for several years, during which time he earned a National Defense Service Medal, and later was honorably discharged. He went on graduate from Sul Ross State University, from which he received a Bachelor’s Degree. On May 26, 1967 he married the love of his life Patsy Morris.
David had a career in the Oil Field Industry and Retired from BJ Services. He was a member of Sass Single Action Shooters Society. He has a passion for history, fire arms, and old cars.
He was survived by his wife Patsy Hubbard, son Mitch Hubbard and wife Natalie Hubbard and granddaughter Lily Grace Hubbard.
A Celebration of Life service will be held in David’s honor at 11:30 am on July 23, 2019
at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038
after which he will be escorted to the Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial
Drive, Houston, Texas 77038 where he will be laid to rest with military honors.
