Clara Virginia Miller

Clara Virginia Miller passed away peacefully in Houston on May 22, 2013 with family at her side. She was born January 5, 1929 to Clifford and Louella Hardison in Columbia, Tennessee. Clara was married November 17, 1960 to H. C. “Tom” Miller. He passed away in 2004 after 43 years of marriage.

Virginia was a cherished, loving mother, wife, aunt, and friend. She loved life, and had many close friends from years of travel with her husband. Her cards, notes, letters, and handmade gifts will be treasured by all who received them from this wonderful lady. Virginia was a life-long member of the Church of Christ, and had a large and loving Christian family.

Virginia is survived by her children, Gregory W. Miller of Houston, Texas, and Carl DeWayne Miller and wife, Bobbi of Glendale, Arizona; brother, Vestal Moore, Jr. and wife Sue, and their family of Paris, Texas and Richland, Washington. She is also survived by her large Christian family in Casa Grande, Arizona.

Mrs. Miller’s funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 31, 2013 at Casa Grande Church of Christ, 805 E. Racine Place, Casa Grande, Arizona 85322. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. in National Memorial Cemetery at Phoenix, Arizona.
