Christine Malone

Christine Vogt Malone, 60, passed away on the 5th of October 2012, in Houston, Texas, surrounded by her family. Chris is the daughter of Charles and Mildred Vogt of Houston, Texas. She graduated from Lamar High School and attended St. Thomas University.

Chris was preceded in death by her father, Charles F. Vogt; and will be deeply missed by her family including her mother, Mildred Vogt; brother, Charles Vogt Jr.; husband of 35 years, Michael Malone; children, Craig Malone, Marci Fabregas and her husband Rob, Caroline Malone, and Brian Fishel; granddaughter, Courtney Fishel; aunts, Maureen Rhineold, and Dorthy Cross; cousins, Janet Sutherland, Marsha Beeson, and Anita McAnear; as well as her extended family and friends. Chris dedicated her life to her family and was the most amazing mother, wife, daughter and friend.

A funeral service, in celebration of Chris’ life, is to be conducted at half-past one o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, the 10th of October, in the Founders Chapel at Grace Presbyterian Church, 10221 Ella Lee Lane in Houston, where the Rev. Dr. Mike Fry, Associate Pastor for Congregational Care, is to officiate.

The interment will follow, via an escorted cortege, at Woodlawn Garden of Memories Cemetery in Houston.
