Carol Paskie Anderson went home to her Lord and Savior on December 14, 2014. She was born January 17, 1943, in Houston, Texas, and graduated from Regan High School with the class of 1961. She was married to her husband, Sidney Anderson, for 52 years. She was a loving & caring mother and was cherished for her exuberant and vibrant heart. She had a way of touching every person she knew, her laughter was contagious, and her strong positive attitude was infectious. She had a passion for floral design and all things green. She delighted in spending days at the beach overlooking the waves and sipping morning coffee on the porch. She was devoted to her Lord, her family, and her many friends at Spring Baptist Church & the North Hill Estates subdivision. She fought a long battle with Multiple Myeloma Cancer, however, she did not lose her battle, God was simply ready for her to come home. Her father and mother, Philip and Elza Paskie, preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband, Sidney Anderson; daughters and spouses, Terri & Chip Hofer, and Jennifer & Jason Pratt; grandchildren, Samantha, Bailey, and Cole Hofer; brother and sister-in-law, Philip and Stephanie Paskie; brother, James Paskie; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
