A devoted Catholic as a graduate of St Pius X High School and member of the St Jerome Parish serving as Eucharistic Minister.
A lifelong resident of Houston always giving back by serving the church community and engaged in charitable activity with her Delta Omicron Sorority sisters.
Carmen was married to Joseph Harvey Shackett Sr and was dedicated to her three children Joe Jr (spouse Lisa) Sondra (Keith) and Duane (Marla). Joy and happiness came from spending time with her grandchildren Joseph, Tiffany, Ashley, Jessica, Jonathan, Allec Monet, Jacob H, Gionna Jo, and Concetta Carmen. Great Grandchildren Wade and Logan.
Carmen was truly blessed being able to live, dance, and sing with Jessica and great grandchildren Camilla, Sophia, and Isabella.
She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph Harvey Shackett Sr, parents Alfred and Annie Pulido, and Sister Mary Louise Hancock. We are confident Mom and Aunt LuLU are having fun playing games, gambling, and enjoying well deserved time with our Lord and Savior.
