Beverly B. Smith

Beverly B Smith passed away peacefully on Sunday October 2, 2022 at the age of 75 in Houston, Texas. She was born in Rapid City, SD on July 1, 1947 to Myra B Benedict and John A Benedict. She grew up in Amarillo, Texas. She was married to Jim Smith on August 20, 1983 in Houston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents Myra B and John A Benedict, her sister Garalene Foster, Robert J Smith brother in law. Beverly is survived by her husband Jim Smith of Houston, Texas, her sister Myra Ann Dudley and husband John Dudley of Rapid City, SD, Step Daughter Vicki Ann Smith, of Katy, Texas, Step Son Mike Smith of San Marcos, Texas, Step Son Gary Smith and wife Diane Smith of Conroe, Texas, sister-in-law Mary Ann Sayre and husband Bill Sayre of Pagosa Springs, CO, Catherine Smith sister-in-law of the Woodlands, Texas, She is also survived by several Grand Children and Nieces.

She graduated from West Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in January 1970.

Beverly was a long-time member of Memorial United Methodist Church of Houston, Texas
