Bertha Perez Ayala, 83, passed away on August 11, 2017 in Humble, Tx. She was born on September 5, 1933 in Waco, Tx. Bertha serves as member of the Catholic Daughters of America, a long time hospital volunteer, and a collector of Avon. She is preceded in death by, husband: Raul M. Ayala, Sr.; grandson: Joe Ernest Juarez, III; 4 siblings, and her parents. Left to cherish her memory, children: Olivia Juarez, Yolanda Cuellar, Raul M. Ayala, Jr., Refugio Ayala, and Sylvia Ann Ayala; 3 sisters, 4 brothers, 14 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren. Visitation for family and friends will begin on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 from 5pm-9pm with a Rosary Service beginning at 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel. Funeral Mass to be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Our Lady of St. John Church, 7500 Hirsch Rd. Houston, Tx 77016 beginning at 10am. Internment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
