Barbara D. Howell

She married Shannon Howell, Sr. on March 29, 1957 and together they raised five wonderful children. Barbara was a loving mother, and ma.

Before retiring, Barbara worked for Texaco/ Chevron for 30 years.

In addition to her parents, Barbara is preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Shannon Howell, Sr.

Barbara is survived by/ Left to cherish her memory daughter, Vicky Rodriguez; son's, Shannon Howell, Jr. and wife Faye, Frank Howell, Frank Howell, Jr., Brian Howell; grandchildren, Shannon III, Brandi, Misty, Chris, Chasity; great-grandchildren, Breanna, Mason, Eric, Cherish, David, Cloey, JJ, Charizma, Bailee, Jeremiah, Shannon; great great-grandchildren, Emberlynn and Josie as well as many other treasured family and friends.

A visitation for Barbara will be held Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM in the Family Chapel at Brookside.
