In Loving Memory Dr ASHOK SHARMA An Amazing Person Sunrise: 1934 Sunset: 2015 With profound sadness, we notify the passing away of our beloved Dr Ashok Sharma on 25 July 2015 Born in Lahore, son of Late Prof DC Sharma, Member of Parliament India, Dr Ashok Sharma was very charismatic and charming human soul. Dr Ashok Sharma studied medicine at Gwalior Medical College and served humanity in various capacities in India, Somalia and Nigeria. As a Philanthropic, he also served in many charitable institutions on voluntary basis. Dr Ashok Sharma moved to Houston in 2002 and was actively involved in social activities. Widely travelled, he endeared everyone by his optimism and helpful nature. His playful nature, always filled with laughter, music and dance and so full of life has left us all with a deep void. Taken sick and after a long battle with cancer, he left for heavenly abode leaving behind Spouse Veena and Sons Sanjeev, and Vivek, Daughters Tina, and Vaani, Son-in-Law Krishan, Daughter- in- law Mona, and Grand children Kush, Nikhil ,and Oditi and other family members, and friends, well wishers and admirers. We pray to the Almighty God to bless the departed soul with Eternal peace and Moksha. May we lead our lives on the high principles taught by Dr Ashok Sharma. Om Bhur Bhuvah Savah Tat Savitur Vareniyam Bhargo Devasya Dhimahi Dhiyo Yo Nah Pracodayat The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to all those who have supported us during this time. I am Free Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free. I’m following paths God made for me I took his hand and I heard him call Then turned and bid farewell to all, I could not stay another day To laugh, to love, to sing, to play Tasks left undone must stay that way I found my peace....at close of play. And if my parting left a void Then fill it with remembered joy A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss Ah yes, these things I too will miss. Be not burdened...deep with sorrow I wish you sunshine of tomorrow My life’s been full I’ve savoured much Good friends, good times A loved one’s touch Lift your hearts and share with me. God wants me now...He set me free...
