Annie L. Warren, 76, of Alvin, Texas, affectionately known as “Kitty” by her immediate family, beloved mother and Granny, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, December 24, 2015. Annie was born May 11, 1939 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
She devoted her life to raising her three daughters. She was an avid reader, with a special interest in astronomy and politics. Annie also loved gardening and spending time with her family.
Annie is preceded in death by her brother Gene Lee Acree, brother-in-law Ronald Alloway and one great granddaughter, Evelyn Renee Warren. Her spirit is carried on by her three daughters, Toni Warren and husband Jeff, Carmen Kiser and husband Sam, and Kathleen Ballard and husband Jeff, eighteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Annie is also survived by her sister Jere Alloway, and sister-in-law, Andrea Acree.
A service celebrating Annie’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 28th in the chapel of Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, Interment will follow at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery.
She will be missed by all who knew her. She was the best mother, and Granny in the whole world.
