Andrea Gonzalez was born on November 30th, 1941. She was one of eight children. Born to Reynaldo Chairez and Carmen Avila. Her siblings were Consuelo Nunez Chairez, Benilde Chairez Escobedo, Angelita Chairez Arenas, Elvira Chairez Guardado, Olga Chairez Gonzalez, Manuel Chairez, Alicia Chairez Esparza, Nicolas Chairez. Andrea grew up in Jg. Rodgriguez (Victoria), Durango. In 1958 she met and married the love of her life the late Juan Manuel Gonzalez. They ultimately became parents to seven children - Claris Garcia, Juan Jose Gonzalez, Isidro Gonzalez, Anita Gibson, Belinda Maldonado, Oralia Gonzalez, Esmeralda Gonzalez. And later moved to Houston, Texas in 1978. Andrea loved being surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren on Sunday evenings as they spent it together with food, laughs, music and a lot of love. She left amazing memories and touched the souls of many people. "Ama" is loved dearly by her entire family and was always smiling.
