Sylvia Celestine Fields-Smith, 79, a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of Houma, LA, passed away peacefully at 8:50 p.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2021.
No public arrangements will be conducted.
She is survived by her sons, William C. Smith, Jr. (Isabella), Maurice Smith and Kevin Smith (Barbara); daughter, Donna Smith (Rodney); six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sister. Rudell Lusk; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Smith, Sr.; parents, Isaac and Lottie White Fields.
